Snow, snow, snow

It is still snowing. Today is Christmas eve and I have many things to do. I was up until midnight wrapping gifts and I still have a few more to do. This has been a really great year for me. So many wonderful things have happened and for the first time I am truly happy. I feel complete inside. I do not know if I ever felt his way before during my adult life, but now I am. I do miss my friends in Vancouver, but I still am in contact with all of them. I love Dan so much. He is so good to me and my children. Living here on the property is so peaceful and I love being here. The little ones love it here also. They have found a home that they enjoy. They love their dogs. We just have a simple life, but still lots of fun. The snow has been fun for us. The kids have been playing it and enjoying it tons. Dan and Kaity have had the most fun. They love riding the QUAD in the snow and the other day they made a snow man. Tonight the Girls are coming over to celebrate Christmas with us, Friday is the big family celebration and Saturday we are going to the NUT CRACKER in Seattle and Sunday my parents are coming over. Than on Monday the kid's best friend from Vancouver is riding the train up to spend a week with us. So, I am going to be busy, but enjoying all of it.

Happy Holidays Everybody!!!!

Winter Wonder Land

It is so beautiful outside. We are spending the day here up at the house. All of our trees look so amazing. I have been getting ready for Christmas. On Saturday we were able to go out and finish most of our shopping. It will be a lovely holiday for us. I will be doing huge amounts of baking. Already made my famous pretzels. The little ones have had a blast in the snow. Dan has been doing well, just getting over a cold. It took me a week to recover from Kaity's birthday party. It was so much fun putting it on, but it took a lot of energy. I did have a bad spell with my arthritis, but I am doing fine now.

As for school....I passed with one 4.0 and one 3.4!!!! I made it through. It was really hard to keep up my grades because I had missed over a week of classes. Dan really helped a lot during that time. I am really blessed with him in my life.

Christopher gave me my Christmas present early. He told me that he would like to come up and visit us. It really made my holiday. I hope to have him up here really soon. I know in my heart that once he comes up here and sees how wonderful it is, he will want to stay.

Shawn and Kaity finished their first semester of school. They both did really well. They love to go to school and do their homework with out too much wining.

Well, I am off to make some more goodies.
